These faceplates were once available but I'm afraid you can't get them anymore.
According to SimpsonCrazy there were five official licensed faceplates / covers for your Nokia 3300 series phone (3360,3390,3395..).
Three of the five designs feature Bart on black background the others are Mr. Burns on a green background and Homer on a red background.
