Every corporate user of Sprint PCS needs minutes, but every Sprint PCS user doesn't likely need the same amount of minutes.
You can give everyone the minutes they need by pooling all employees' minutes onto one corporate account. So, all corporate users, both high and low users, draw from the same amount of minutes. This way there's no need to manage each person's account. Thus spare minutes left over by low-usage employees are available for use by higher-usage employees. Sprint PCS Shared Minutes allows employees to self-manage their minutes, while reducing the amount of unused minutes, minimizing coverage charges and usage monotoring.

Sprint indicates that in order to qualify for this Sprint PCS Shared Minutes option, the customer must sign an advantage agreement and activate and maintain at least 3 corporate sponsored lines.
Sprint further states: "NVP is a discount program that requires five lines to be activated and maintained. The Travel Option is also ineligible for sharing. No need to mention travel option. Not available with Sprint PCS Fair and Flexible for Business plans. Certain limitations apply".
