How to Setup TeleConferencing Calls

Well, setting up a teleconference meeting with your friends, relatives, coworkers, employees or business relations is not too hard to initiate.
For instance, if you should use the AT&T TeleConference on Demand service, you can do teleconferences anytime when it suits you, day or night, and you don't have to make a reservation or contacting the customer service.
You can just use your own personal dial-in number and access code if you want to set up a conference call.
You'll receive that dial-in number and access code when you order.

The mentioned AT&T service has a few options to choose from:

- First you have the "Reservationless Dial-In"
All participants dial in to the teleconference and are joined together "automatically".
Charges are $0.29 /minute, per connection when using a toll free dial-in number. It's $0.22 /minute, when using a caller paid dial-in number.

- Then there's the option of "Assisted Dial-In" by an operator.
In case you want personal customer service for your teleconference. When you choose this option you pay 3 cents more than the mentioned rates.

- The third option is called "Operator Dialed".
With this option you have AT&T handle it all for you. The Teleconference operator dials out to each participant on your list, and adds them to the conference call. International participant locations incur additional international long distance charges.
Charges are $0.39 /minute, per connection.

AT&T has enhanced their Teleconference service with 'Web Meeting'.
Your presentation, documents, web pages, or illustrations, that are stored on your computer or somewhere on the web, can be viewed by your teleconference participants.

Rates are subject to change without notification.
