The new Tekma3D TM1 3D printer combines build speed and dimensional accuracy, say its creators.
The printer should also be better than the average 3D printer, speed and accuracy are measures as twice as quickly, and meant for serious makers like hobbyists and engineers.
Usually low-cost 3D printers make quite some noise and do vibrate, Now, to make it more convenient in an office, this Tekma3D TM1 3D printer will provide less noise and vibration by the way they work.
That working is based on the patent-pending motion stage called ServoSpline™, which positions the part under TM1's precision gear-driven extruder head.
So the head moves up- or downwards, instead of horizontal movements of the head, the build plate does those movements.
